Pendant la période qui suit l'expiration du congé de maternité ou d'adoption, tout salarié justifiant d'une ancienneté minimale d'une année a le droit :

1° Soit au bénéfice d'un congé parental d'éducation durant lequel le contrat de travail est suspendu ;

2° Soit à la réduction de sa durée de travail, sans que cette activité à temps partiel puisse être inférieure à seize heures hebdomadaires.
