Terms of Use

Effective 16 October 2026
In short

By using Recite you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

1. Publisher

Recite is published by Akshit, Himachal Pradesh, India. Contact: support@recitecitizen.com.

2. What the app is

Recite is a study tool for the civic exam and the naturalisation interview. It is not affiliated with the French Ministry of the Interior or any authority, and it is not legal advice.

3. Questions and answers

The knowledge questions come from the official lists published by the French Ministry of the Interior on formation-civique.interieur.gouv.fr (lists consulted on 11 October 2026) and immigration.interieur.gouv.fr (list of 12 December 2025), public information reused under articles L321-1 and L322-1 of the French Code des relations entre le public et l'administration. The answer options, explanations and real-life situations are written by the publisher, each with its source.

Despite our care, a mistake is possible. Report it to support@recitecitizen.com and we will fix it.

4. No guarantee of results

Practising helps, but only the administration decides on your application. We can't promise you will pass the exam or the interview.

5. Automatic checking

Spoken answers are checked automatically and the check can be wrong. It is only there to help you practise.

6. Premium

Premium is a one-time purchase with no subscription, sold by Apple or Google. The price is shown including taxes in the store before you buy.

Payment, the right of withdrawal and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms and in line with consumer law. You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services.

7. Fair use

Use the app for your own preparation. Don't try to overload the answer-checking service or copy the app's content to resell it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. They don't limit the rights you have under mandatory consumer protection rules. If there's a problem, please write to us first at support@recitecitizen.com.

9. Changes

If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use the app means you accept the new version.
